Accounting is a necessary part of your business, but you don’t have to do it all yourself. I have nearly 30 years of accounting experience. While I love accounting and making things reconcile, I completely understand that I am not the norm. And just because you are an amazing general contractor or photographer or web designer who’s been brave enough to start your own business, that does not mean you love accounting, too. I could never build my own website. That’s why I hire professionals to do it for me. This allows you to do what you love. I do what I love. Then we’re both happy at the end of the day.

It’s not my goal to make you love accounting. It is my goal to make doing your accounting a pleasurable experience that you don’t mind doing because you have the confidence that you can get the information you need and understand it, too.

Fun fact about me, l’ve known since I was in the 6th grade that I wanted to be an accountant and have done it ever since – weird, I know! I’m married to my favorite person in the world, David, for nearly 28 years. We have 2 sons – Nathan, 22, and Will, 20, both living their best lives in Texas.
